The heart of complex is the central concourse which provides access to the pens and the sale ring which can hold 250 people with a further standing area.

The building also has adaptable and quiet facilities for meetings large and small.

Up to 60 delegates can be accommodated theatre style in the fully air-conditioned Boardroom and adjacent break-out rooms are also available.

Internal and external facilities for training purposes make this an ideal venue.

Outside the extensive 200 space car park, with overflow parking for another 200, can be put to many uses such as car rallies, stage managing etc.
